Q: My login isn’t working?

A. Make sure you are keying it in exactly as it appears. Copy and paste the information into the appropriate fields.

Q: The planner isn’t printing right?

A. If the planner is printing blank pages, try printing in black and white or directly from the web browser. If you are trying to print at a printer, and the planner is jumbled on the screen, export the planner as a new file a try again. The PDF reader might not be updated to read the file correctly. You can also update your PDF reader.

Q: Can’t get to the next video?

A. Check to see if you have marked the video complete. If you have tried, and it still isn’t working, log out and completely quit your browser. Log back in and try again. If it still doesn’t work, fill out the form below.

Q: Why won’t the video play?

A. Check your internet connections. If they seem fine, change the quality of the video by pressing the gear wheel on the bottom right hand corner of the video. You can also buffer the video, by pressing play and then pause. This allows the video to load completely, before playing.

Q: Why isn’t there any sound?

A. Check to make sure the sound is turned up on the video.
